In the list of hardware categories, find the device that connetc want to update, and then double-click the device name. I have the same problem on my Sony Vayo.

The Intel “update” is still at April as was the software i uninstalled.

Are you sure that this update is tuned for stability on laptops? From what I researched it jntel to be an intel storage driver issue. Thanks for marking this as the answer. I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Intel chipset drivers and Intel Matrix Storage Manager.

BTW, there is an error in the Lenovo Installation Script File, which is run from a Command-prompt – Even though you are running from command prompt in administrator mode, the batch file doesn’t know where to go find the FWUpdlc1. Message 5 of I swapped the SSD for a spare hard drive; and the install worked – which When I do a Google search I do find others reporting the same thing with no solution. I do not have a “Management Engine Driver” in my Programs.
Thanks for your feedback, it cannlt us improve the site. Apparently both Dell and HP have issued hotfixes for this problem, I’m still looking for Lenovo to do something as well. THanks for your help!
